Corning® cellgro® COMPLETE formulation is based on a proprietary combination of 1:1 DMEM/F12, RPMI and McCoy's 5A medium. This medium contains a mixture of selected trace elements and high molecular weight carbohydrates, extra vitamins, animal origin-free protein, and a small amount of high quality bovine serum albumin (1.0g/L). The Corning cellgro COMPLETE supports superior growth and viability over long-term passages in hybridomas, along with suspension and adherent cell cultures.
