Upchurch Scientific® high-pressure, zero dead volume unions manufactured by IDEX Health & Science, are precision machined from 316 stainless steel, carefully passivated, and thoroughly rinsed.

Each Union comes complete with stainless steel nuts and ferrules for 1/16 in. or 1/8 in. OD tubing, and all are pressure rated to 20,000 psi (1,380 bar) or higher. In addition to our standard unions, we also offer several special versions: a VICI® (Valco) compatible version; a Waters® compatible version; and a Very High Pressure (VHP) version that is pressure rated to 30,000 psi (2,070 bar). (Versions of these products described with the word "Body" instead of "Assembly" ship without fittings and must be combined with appropriate fittings to ensure maximum pressure holding ability is obtained).
