- Solution Preparation:To prepare a phosphate buffer solution, add 2.76 g of sodium phosphate monobasic to 100 ml of DI water. Next, in a separate container, add 5.36 g of sodium phosphate dibasic. Mix 68 ml of the sodium phosphate monobasic solution with 32 ml of the sodium phoshpate dibasic solution to prepare the buffer.
