About this item
The Microlab® 600 diluters and dispensers are highly precise syringe pumps with a touchscreen graphical user interface designed to quickly and easily dispense and dilute liquids
There are three different dispenser models available all designed to dispense volumes from 100mL to 50mL. The single syringe dispenser is ideal for dedicated dispensing applications requiring a single syringe drive. The dual syringe dispenser has two syringe drives for applications such as animal dosing that require the use of more than one liquid at the same time. The dual syringe continuous dispenser is designed for time critical applications requiring repetitive dispensing. The dual syringe diluter uses two syringes to create up to a 1:50,000 dilution in a single step, drastically reducing preparation time and wasted buffer. The diluent washes the tubing between each sample, minimizing carryover.
The basic controller comes standard with a quick start run screen that provides basic diluting and dispensing functionality. The advanced controller delivers additional functions through intuitive wizards and the custom method editor. Wizard settings can be saved as favorites or custom methods on the hardware key. The basic controller can be upgraded to the advanced controller if it is not selected initially.
The standalone syringe pump offers total control with customized program methods using Visual C#®, Visual Basic®, and LabVIEW®. Commands can be deployed to any instrument on the network from anywhere in the world. The API is compatible with Windows® computers running Microsoft® .NET version 2.0 or higher.
The Bubble Free Prime (BFP) syringe is specifically designed for the Microlab® 600 series and the only syringe type compatible with the instrument. It has a conical plunger tip that extends through the threaded termination and into the valve. This unique design expels the air from the syringe and valve decreasing the number of priming cycles required. Refer to the Accessories tab for a list of all the Bubble Free Prime syringes available.
This positive displacement system provides better than 99% accuracy, independent of liquid viscosity, vapor pressure, and temperature. The inert fluid path minimizes sample carry over and improves compatibility with harsh chemicals.
