Laboratory-scale gas scrubber is ideal for use in air and exhaust cleanup tasks
Style A adapter features a 25x70mm extra coarse fritted section for hard-to-scrub gases. Style B adapter features non-fritted extension tube to insert gas into scrubbing fluid sub-surface. Style C adapter permits gas to enter flask above surface of scrubbing fluid; does not have fritted section or extension tube.
Liquid transfer pump is for use with both corrosive and neutral liquids. Pump is self-priming in up to 4m (13') of water and will operate dry indefinitely, without damage. Pump features a fluoropolymer resin diaphram, polypropylene head, and splash-proof case.
It is compact enough to fit into any laboratory hood.
Ordering information: Gas scrubber is supplied with lower reservoir, absorption column with glass-filled PTFE packing support disc, glass rasching rings, column packing material, exhaust gas outlet column, top shower head adapter, liquid transfer pump with PTFE diaphragm, three quick-release column clamps, three envelope style gaskets, fluid cooling condenser, style B gas inlet adapter, 0.6cm (1/4”) outer dia. PTFE tubing, and five PFA 0.6–1.3cm (1/4–1/2”) compression fittings. Benchtop support stand and additional adapters must be purchased separately.
