Tubes are available in round- or star-bottom formats. Star-bottom tube interiors increase the available surface area to enhance levels of antigen or antibody binding. Designed for compatibility with standardized equipment, tubes are available in 4 or 5 ml volumes with a selection of low-, medium-, or high-binding capacities. Low-binding polyethylene tubes are biologically inert and offer excellent chemical resistance. Medium- and high-binding polystyrene tubes offer excellent optical clarity.
