Baffled bottom flasks have three baffles at center on outside for maximal oxygen transfer to culture medium. Flasks that accept rubber stopper (not included) have heavily beaded rim to protect against chipping; also accept cotton plugs. Light blue phenolic screw caps are autoclavable and PTFE-lined. Orange plug seal cap is autoclavable and linerless, with drip-free pouring ring.

These culture flask are made of Pyrex® borosilicate glass.
