About this item
Quick-RNA plant miniprep kit is designed for rapid isolation of RNA from various plant samples such as leaves, stems, buds, flowers, fruits and seeds.
- Extract intact high-quality total RNA (including small/micro RNAs) from a wide variety of plant samples
- Ultra-high density bashing bead technology for complete disruption and sample lysis
- Inhibitor free RNA is ready for all downstream applications
- Size Range Total RNA ≥ 17 nt
The Zymo-Spin IIICG column allows for high-capacity DNA elimination and the subsequent Zymo-Spin IIC column efficiently adsorbs total RNA. The RNA is washed and then eluted with DNase/RNase free water. For inhibitor removal, the eluted RNA can be treated by running the sample through the Zymo-Spin III-HRC spin filters. The RNA is suitable for use in various subsequent procedures including sequencing, RT-PCR and microarray.
