About this item
For screening a variety of epigenetic compounds
- Contains >140 small molecules
- Includes compounds that modulate the activity of methyltransferases, demethylases, HATs, HDACs, and acetylated lysine reader proteins
The Epigenetics Screening Library contains more than 140 small molecules that are known to modulate the activity of a variety of epigenetic ‘writers and erasers’ and ‘reader’ proteins in a 96-well Matrix tube rack format as 10 mM stocks in DMSO. It may include compounds that modulate the activity of methyltransferases, demethylases, histone acetyltransferases, histone deacetylases, and acetylated histone binding proteins. The composition of this screening library will always vary somewhat depending upon our inventory. Stability data is not available for compounds as supplied in the screening library.
