VWR® Burettes are manufactured from ASTM E 438, Type 1, Class A Borosilicate 3.3 heat-resistant glass.

• Calibrated to deliver (TD, EX) at 20°C
• Calibrated to meet ASTM E 287 specifications
• All burettes are calibrated according to Class A norms
• An individual work certificate is included

VWR® Serialized Class A burettes are used to deliver solution in precisely measured, variable volumes. They are used primarily for titration, to deliver one reactant until the precise endpoint is reached. Calibration and tolerances are in compliance to standards: ASTM 3287, ASTM E542, and ASTM E694.
