The SteriKit® consists of ready to use vials, seals, and stoppers.

The vials are type I borosilicate glass and are USP WFI washed, aseptically repackaged in a 316 stainless steel tray, and USP dry heat depyrogenated in an ISO 7 cGMP cleanroom. The stoppers and seals are USP WFI washed, aseptically repackaged, and cGMP moist heat steam sterilized. Following sterilization, all components are assembled, vacuum packed, and heat sealed in a pre-sterilized LDPE bag under ISO 5 conditions.

All components are certified in a cGMP laboratories to be USP 85 pyrogen-free, USP 788 particulate-free and USP 71 sterile. A certificate is available with each order. The SteriKit® is completely customizable, and available with vial sizes ranging from 2 to 100 ml. The SteriKits® are double vacuum packaged under sterile ISO 5 conditions. The disposable packaging is easy to use.

Certifications: Certified per EP 2.9.19-Test 1B and USP 788 for particulates, EP 2.6.14 and USP 85 for bacterial endotoxins, and EP 2.6.1 and USP 71 for sterility testing.
