QuickTiter™ AAV Quantitation Kit uses a proprietary technology to quantify the viral nucleic acid content of AAV preps
The kit can be used with unpurified supernatant of AAV-2 or AAV-DJ, or with purified AAV from any serotype. The kit uses a fast 2 hour procedure to measure physical AAV titer. The limit of detection is 10^9 GC/mL for unpurified supernatant and 5 x 10^10 GC/mL for purified AAV.
