About this item
The MDC gene is one of several Cys-Cys (CC) cytokine genes which are clustered on the q arm of chromosome 16.
ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100 uL/well), a concentration of 2.0-4.0 ug/mL of this antibody will detect at least 100 pg/mL of recombinant human MDC when used with our biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-human MDC (XP-5229Bt) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 1.0-2.0 ug/mL. Western Blot: To detect hMDC by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.25-0.50 ug/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hMDC is 0.25-0.50 ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions.
