The Pierce™ cell culture media for SILAC is optimized for use with stable isotope labeling with amino acids in cell culture (SILAC) to analyze protein expression by mass spectrometry (MS).

Flexible with Liquid Media Deficient in Both L-Lysine and L-Arginine

Allows more complete proteome coverage through multiple isotopic amino acid labeling. This is used together with heavy and light amino acids for the differential isotopic labeling of cells for SILAC analysis.
