RNA Gel Loading Solution, 10X is prepared according to Sambrook, Fritsch & Maniatis (1989)

• Contains two dyes, bromphenol blue & xylene cyanole FF
• Filtered through a 0.22 µm membrane
• RNase tested

The purpose of this reagent is to ensure that the RNA samples remain submerged in the wells of the gel, by making them denser than the electrophoresis buffer.

RNA Gel Loading Solution is suitable for RNA Gel Electrophoresis and Northern Blot Analysis.

Contents: Bromphenol blue 0.25%, xylene cyanole FF 0.25%, disodium EDTA dehydrate, glycerol 50%, and DEPC treated water
