About this item

Reconstitution: Reconstitute with water to a final concentration of 1 mg/mL (use 1 mL for the 1 mg size or 5 mL for the 5 mg size) for a final solution of 1 mg/mL in 0.40 mM sodium phosphate, 6 mM NaCl, pH 7.45. Reconstitute with water to a final concentration of 25 mg/mL (0.2 ml water for the 5 mg size). This concentration of the lectin has been used for iontophoresis and neuron transport.
