About this item
GABPB2 encodes the GA-binding protein transcription factor, beta subunit. This protein forms a tetrameric complex with the alpha subunit, and stimulates transcription of target genes. The encoded protein may be involved in activation of cytochrome oxidase expression and nuclear control of mitochondrial function. The crystal structure of a similar protein in mouse has been resolved as a ternary protein complex.
GABPB2 antibody can be used for detection of GABPB2 by ELISA at 1:62500. GABPB2 antibody can be used for detection of GABPB2 by western blot at 1.25 ?g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Antibody is purified by protein A chromatography method.
Antibody is lyophilized in PBS buffer with 2% sucrose. Add 100 ?L of distilled water. Final antibody concentration is 1 mg/mL.
