Vacuum degassers

A vacuum degasser is recommended for maximum sensitivity in the low UV wavelength range; high injection precision; high retention time reproducibility; and flow rates below 0,5 ml/min.

To generally clean the vacuum degasser tubing, flush the system with isopropanol
Flush the degasser with water after using buffers

Speed solvent changes by drawing solvent through the degasser and tubing with syringe adapter kit.
