Produced in an ISO Class 4 (FED-STD-209E Class 10/M2,5) cleanroom and cleaned and double-bagged in an ISO Class 5 (FED-STD-209E Class 100) cleanroom. Paper is suitable for use in ISO Class 4 (FED-STD-209E Class 10) to ISO Class 6 (FED-STD-209E Class 1000) cleanrooms.
