Clear, 24-well format Piko® PCR/qPCR film seal allows high transmission of fluorescence across the range of commonly used fluorophores. When used with a Piko® thermal cycler or PikoReal® Real-Time PCR system, sample volumes as low as 5 µl can be used with minimal evaporative loss.
