MaxiSorp™ surface has a high affinity for proteins, especially antibodies. PolySorp™ surface is less polar than MaxiSorp and has an affinity towards molecules with mainly hydrophobic domains. MaxiSorp™ and PolySorp™ surfaces are used in many solid phase immunoassays.

Made of polystyrene, they feature a flat-bottom well design and have a total well volume of 400µL with a recommended working volume of 200 to 350µL.
