Unit holds six 30 or 100mL flasks on individual 200W electric heaters

Digestion unit cabinet is made of powder-coated aluminum front and back. Top is made of 11/2" thick insulating board. Each station heater is operated by an infinite heat control, with variable input from 20 to 100% of capacity.

Two rear brackets provide adjustable mounting for glass manifold or flask support rod. Each flask station consists of a tubular heater element and a stainless steel cup. The heater assemblies are recessed into the top insulating board to minimize accidental personnel contact with the hot heater element.
