Furnaces (Ashing and Muffle Ovens)

Ashing and muffle ovens accurately heat to the selected temperature quickly improving energy efficiency and process times. The digital programmable temperature controls ensure precise high temperature heating level. With strong insulated construction, heat is distributed evenly while allowing exterior to stay cool. Special safety features include immediate power shutoff when door opens, over-temperature protection settings, and an adjustable alarm provide maximum user protection. The maximum temperature, dimensions, and control type varies among furnaces. Replacement heating elements and thermocouples are also available.

Please note that the max. furnace temperature should be min. 50 °C above the working temperature.
