About this item
GCS1 is the first enzyme in the N-linked oligosaccharide processing pathway. The enzyme cleaves the distal alpha-1,2-linked glucose residue from the Glc (3)-Man (9)-GlcNAc (2) oligosaccharide precursor. This protein is located in the lumen of the endoplasmic reticulum. This gene encodes the first enzyme in the N-linked oligosaccharide processing pathway. Antibody is purified by peptide affinity chromatography method.
Antibody is lyophilized in PBS buffer with 2% sucrose. Add 50 μL of distilled water. Final antibody concentration is 1 mg/mL.
Aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
