For expansion and differentiation of human CD34+ hematopoietic progenitor cells to NK cells.

Differentiate CD34+ cells isolated from cord blood (CB) and bone marrow (BM) to natural killer (NK) cells—without the use of serum or stromal cells—by using StemSpan™ NK Cell Generation Kit. This kit promotes the expansion of thousands of CD56+ NK cells in cultures initiated with CD34+ human CB cells. StemSpan™ Lymphoid Progenitor Expansion Supplement (10X) contains a combination of recombinant human cytokines and other additives formulated to selectively promote the expansion and differentiation of CD34+ cells isolated from human CB and BM samples to lymphoid progenitor cells when used in combination with StemSpan™ SFEM II medium, and plates coated with StemSpan™ Lymphoid Differentiation Coating Material (100X). Subsequently, StemSpan™ NK Cell Differentiation Supplement (100X) enables differentiation of lymphoid progenitor cells to NK cells. For convenience, all the components of the kits are also available individually.
