SDS-PAGE Sample Buffer is specially formulated for protein sample preparation to based on the Laemmli Method of SDS-PAGE system.

This product contains 4% SDS, 20% glycerol, 0,01% bromophenol blue and 0,125 M Tris HCl, pH approx. 6,8. Does not contain 2-Mercaptoethanol.
