This immunoglobulin was prepared from mouse serum using current chromatographic techniques. A quantitative
protein analysis as well as immunoelectrophoresis has been applied to determine identity of the product.

By Immunoelectrophoresis, it shows one band against rabbit anti-mouse serum. The product is mouse IgG with no trace of IgA, IgM, or non-immunoglobulin serum proteins detected.
