The MPC chemical duty diaphragm pumps use PTFE and other fluorinated plastics for the wetted parts to allow aggressive solvent and acid vapours to be pumped. If the pump should handle harsh chemical vapours, then the superior chemical resistant X2 version with higher grade seals and thicker coatings are the best choice. They are available in one or multistage configuration with controlled (ecoflex) or uncontrolled pumping speed.
