Anti-HYAL3 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: Bioss

HYAL3 is a protein which is similar in structure to hyaluronidases. Hyaluronidases intracellularly degrade hyaluronan, one of the major glycosaminoglycans of the extracellular matrix. Hyaluronan is thought to be involved in cell proliferation, migration and differentiation. However, this protein has not yet been shown to have hyaluronidase activity.

Anti-HIF3A Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Alexa Fluor® 488)

Supplier: Bioss

Involved in adaptive response to hypoxia. Suppresses hypoxia-inducible expression of HIF1A and EPAS1. Binds to core DNA sequence 5'-TACGTG-3' within the hypoxia response element (HRE) of target gene promoters. The complex HIF3A-ARNT activates the transcription of reporter genes driven by HRE. Isoform 4 has a dominant-negative function of inactivating HIF1A-mediated transcription. Isoform 4 attenuates the binding of HIF1A to hypoxia-responsive elements (HRE), thus inhibiting HRE-driven transcription. Hypoxia induces down-regulation of isoform 4, leading to activation of HIF1A in hypoxia. Conversely, upon restoring normoxia, the expression of isoform 4 increases and thereby secure an inhibition of HIF1A activity. Isoform 4 may be a negative regulator of hypoxia-inducible gene expression in the kidney and may be involved in renal tumorigenesis. Functions as an inhibitor of angiogenesis in the cornea (By similarity).

Anti-WAVE1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Alexa Fluor® 555)

Supplier: Bioss

WASP (for Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome protein) and N-WASP are downstream effectors of Cdc42 that are implicated in Actin polymerization and cytoskeletal organization. The WASP family also includes VASP (vasodilator-stimulated phosphoprotein) and Mena (for mammalian enabled protein), which accumulate at focal adhesions and are also involved in the regulation of the Actin cytoskeleton. The WAVE proteins are related to the WASP family proteins and are likewise involved in mediating Actin reorganization downstream of the Rho family of small GTPases. The protein homologs WAVE1 and WAVE2 regulate membrane ruffling by inducing the formation of Actin filament clusters in response to GTP binding and by activating Rac. They mediate Actin polymerization by cooperating with the Arp2/3 complex, thereby promoting the formation of Actin filaments. WAVE1, which is also designated SCAR (suppressor of cAR), is expressed primarily in the brain, while WAVE2 is widely expressed, with the expression highest in peripheral blood leukocytes. WAVE3 forms a multiprotein complex that links receptor kinases with Actin and plays a role in the transduction of signals involving changes in cell shape, function or motility.

Anti-FGF6 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Alexa Fluor® 350)

Supplier: Bioss

FGF6 is a secreted heparin binding growth factor that is a member of the FGF family. Proteins of this family play a central role during prenatal development and postnatal growth and regeneration of a variety of tissues, by promoting cellular proliferation and differentiation. FGF6 is expressed in leukemia cell lines with platelet megakaryocytic differentiation potential. It signals through FGFR 1c, 2c, and 4. The FGF6 gene displays oncogenic transforming activity when transfected into mammalian cells. The mouse homolog of this gene exhibits a restricted expression profile predominantly in the myogenic lineage, which suggested a role in muscle regeneration or differentiation.

Anti-ANP32C Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy7®)

Supplier: Bioss

The protein encoded by ANP32C is one of at least two proteins that are similar in amino acid sequence to PP32 and are part of the same acidic nuclear phosphoprotein gene family. However, unlike PP32, the encoded protein is tumorigenic. The tumor suppressor function of PP32 has been localized to a 25 amino acid region that is divergent between PP32 and the protein encoded by this gene. This gene does not contain introns.

Anti-ANGPTL3 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Alexa Fluor® 350)

Supplier: Bioss

Angiopoietin-like protein 3 (Angptl3) functions as a potent lipoprotein lipase inhibitor and is an important component of plasma triglyceride homeostasis. Angptl3 also plays a role in adipose formation and angiogenesis through its interaction with integrin ?v)beta(3). It is secreted by the liver and is functionally defined by the C-terminal fibrinogen (FBN)-like domain and an N-terminal coiled-coil domain. Angptl3 regulates circulating triglyceride levels during different nutritional states thereby mediating the feeding/fasting cycle. A deficiency of Angptl3 results in abnormally low lipid levels, and a repression of the protein may be protective against atherosclerosis. Angptl3 may also play an important role in hyperlipidemia in diabetes.

Anti-KCNK1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy5.5®)

Supplier: Bioss

KCNK9 or TASK-3 (TWIK-related Acid sensitive K+ channel) is a member of the potassium channel family of proteins that contain two-pore domain and four transmembrane domains. These channels are characterized as leak K+ channels that are sensitive to changes in the extracellular pH. The physiological functions of TASK channels are largely unknown; it has been proposed that they may be involved in the regulation of breathing, aldosterone secretion and anesthetic-mediated neuronal activity. They were found to act in neurons' membrane potential and in resting K+ currents.

Anti-SERINC3 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy3®)

Supplier: Bioss

TDE1, tumor differentially expressed protein 1, is a multi-pass membrane protein also known as serine incorporator 3. Also found on the membranes of the Golgi apparatus within cells, TDE1 is highly expressed in neuronal populations but is also found in thymus, kidney, liver and testis. Expression levels of TDE1 in tumors can be as much as tenfold the amount found in normal tissue of the same type. This increased expression implicates TDE1 as being involved in the cellular transformation from normal to malignant tissue. It is believed TDE1 contributes to oncogenesis by partially protecting cells from serum starvation and etoposide-induced apoptosis. The mechanism through which TDE1 protects cells is poorly understood, but may involve aberrant methylation of TDE1 complexes.
