The Mesenchymal Stem Cell Growth Medium DXF allows for the robust proliferation of multipotent MSC in a chemically defined and xeno-free culture environment. It is devoid of all animal-derived components and substances of human origin with Human Serum Albumin as the only exception. Fibronectin-coated plates are necessary in conjunction with this medium. In combination with the Cell Dissociation Solution ACF (C-41320) and human fibronectin (C-43060), the PromoCell MSC Growth Medium DXF provides a completely xeno-free and defined culture system for human MSC.

The PromoCell Mesenchymal Stem Cell Growth Medium supports the expansion of multipotent human Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSC) without inducing early senescence and differentiation as observed in standard culture media. PromoCell offers five media to efficiently induce differentiation of MSC into adipogenic, chondrogenic, osteogenic or neurogenic lineages, respectively. Note: The PromoCell MSC Chondrogenic Differentiation Medium w/o Inducers (C-28014) must be supplemented with adequate chondrogenic inducers by the customer. Recommended for Human Mesenchymal Stem Cells from Bone Marrow (hMSC-BM), Human Mesenchymal Stem Cells from Umbilical Cord Matrix (hMSC-UC), Human Mesenchymal Stem Cells from Adipose Tissue (hMSC-AT).
