Polynit Heatseal Wipes are made of 100% knitted polyester that is laser cut to bond the fibers at the edges of the wipe. This creates a very clean, non-abrasive edge that allows full utilization of the wipe surface.

Made of a 100% textured polyester no-run interlock knit for good solvent sorbency, abrasion resistance, and chemical resistance. Extremely low in particles and fibers. Laser cutting seals fibers for nonabrasive edges. Laundered and packaged in an ISO Class 4 (FED-STD-209E Class 10/M2.5) cleanroom. Sterile wipers are gamma-irradiated to a Sterility Assurance Level of 10^-6.

Polynit Heatseal Wipes are exceptionally low in particles and extractable residue, making them ideal for critical cleaning. The wipes are laundered and packaged in an ISO Class 4 cleanroom. They have good sorbency with solvents.

The sterile wipes are gamma irradiated and validated per AAMI guidelines to a 10⁻⁶ SAL. They can be used in the highest grade life science cleanrooms.
