A propos de cet article
These plates are designed for a variety of high throughput screening applications.
The 384-well black and white plates are ideal for fluorescent and luminescent assays. Clear-bottom plates permit direct microscopic viewing and CCD camera-based detectors. Plates have the same footprint as 96-well plates with four times as many wells to reduce the total working volume up to 90%, from 200µL down to 20µL.
With a standard, automation-friendly footprint, these high-density polystyrene plates can be integrated into existing robotics. They are also compatible with all leading 384-well readers and detectors. They are available in four types: a high-binding surface for solid phase immobilization assays; a tissue culture (TC) treated surface for cell-based assays; a non-binding surface for reduced protein and nucleic acid binding; and an untreated surface for solution-based, homogeneous assays. The total volume per well is 112 µL and the recommended working volume is 20–80µL.
The universal black microplate lid is suitable for fluorescent and other light-sensitive assays. This lid, along with Polystyrene Lids, A1 Corner Notch, features a corner notch on the A1 corner that corresponds to corner notches found on Corning® microplates. The universal cyclic-olefin microplate standard height lid is 100% DMSO-resistant. It is tinted amber for light-sensitive assays.
