Crimp-top vials have a narrow neck compatible with 11 mm aluminum seals and 5 mm inserts.

Inserts are made of clear, borosilicate glass. These inserts are custom fitted for use with standard opening, 2 ml, 12×32 mm vials. Flat-bottom construction optimizes the depth of the vial.

The conical cavity allows maximum retrieval of contents with a syringe. All vials are manufactured from borosilicate glass, except for Glastic® plastic vials, which have a fixed glass 150 µl insert. Glass MicroVial™ vials are for limited volume applications.

Certifications: Certified vial kits are tested and certified to meet or exceed up to 17 critical performance parameters; certificate enclosed with kit.
