Thermo Scientific National Headspace Vials meet or exceed OEM specifications.

Vials feature a beveled crimp finish which gives a much tighter seal than flat crimp surfaces. Manufactured from clear 33 expansion borosilicate glass. Flat-bottom vials feature a slightly longer neck, providing a custom fit for Carlo Erba and Agilent® autosamplers. Round-bottom vials are designed to fit PerkinElmer®, Tekmar®, and Varian® headspace autosamplers. Seals have attached septa, unless otherwise specified.

Thermo Scientific National Unassembled Headspace Convenience Kits are available for the most popular vial and seal combinations. Includes 100 vials and 100 seals with prefitted septa. 20 ml round bottom vials.

Clear vials are made of Type 1 borosilicate glass with 20 mm crimp seal finish and are designed to fit most headspace autosamplers. Flat bottom vials maximize heating efficiency when used with bottom. Round bottom vials are more easily handled by robotic arms that lift the vial from the tray. Round bottom vials distribute the internal pressure created at high temperatures across the glass surface. Beveled edge finish features a sturdy rim that presses into the septum for a more effective seal.
