G-Biosciences' Tris Buffered Saline (TBS) contains one to five percent 100mM Tris HCl (CAS# 77-86-1) and less than ten percent 1.5M sodium chloride (CAS# 7647-14-5). The solution is at a pH of 7.5.
G-Biosciences' Phosphate BufferedSane (PBS) contains 1.5M sodium chloride (CAS# 7647-14-5), 30mM potassium chloride (CAS# 7447-40-7), 80mM sodium phosphate monobasic, and 20mM potassium phosphate dibasic. The solution is at a pH of 7.4.
