HemataCHEK® hematology controls ensure proper day-to-day performance of centrifuge. They require no refrigeration and have two-year shelf life and 31-day open-vial stability. Each control set contains six 2.5mL vials in multiple combinations of normal, high, or low. ClearCRIT® 100% plastic heparinized capillary tubes eliminate the risk of infectious disease transmitted by blood via broken glass. Mylar® wrapped tubes offer an added layer of safety in case of accidental breakage. HemataSEAL® tube sealant maintains excellent retention during centrifugation. The non-toxic sealant’s light color produces a sharp contrast line with blood for easy reading. The optional rechargeable battery increases portability. Heavy-duty polyethylene locking cases hold two centrifuges, power supplies, and other supplies.

This small, lightweight machine features a 60-second spin time, whisper-quiet operation, and a built-in digital tube reader with LCD display of prompts and results in English, French, German, Italian, or Spanish. Clear, disposable tube holders allow for safe and easy clean-up in case of a sealant blowout
