Ultra-thin walled design facilitates constant, rapid, and precise heat transfer. Smooth vessel interior minimizes the binding of enzymes and nucleic acid to the walls. Alphanumeric coding and cut corners are embossed and stamped in blue or black. Raised well rims protect against cross-contamination and provide a tight seal in combination with a matching sealing mat. White plastics for qPCR are uniformly colored with titanium dioxide (TiO2) to optimize reflection of the fluorescence signal. Autoclavable at 121°C, per DIN EN 285.

High quality sealing mats and films reduce evaporative losses during PCR process. Roller and cap tool enable easy sealing of films and caps with plates.

These PCR plates are suitable for use with most commercially available thermal cyclers, including low-profile instrumentation.
