PureCube Epoxy Activated MagBeads XL is your best option to couple biomolecules that carry free-standing amine (NH₂) and thiol (SH) groups.

The resulting amide and thiol bond between the Epoxy MagBeads and your biomolecule of interest is stable so that the bead can be used for other applications afterward. Our PureCube Epoxy Activated MagBeads XL are also available as agarose resin in case you prefer FPLC or batch spin methods or as MagBeads with a smaller bead diameter if your downstream application requires more mechanically stable beads.
