- Recommended dilution for Western Blot, chromogenic detection: 0.2 to 0.5 µg/ml antibody diluted in PBS containing 2% BSA. Use rabbit anti-mouse conjugated to peroxidase as secondary antibody
- Recommended dilution for Western Blot, chemiluminescence detection: 20 ng/ml antibody diluted in PBS
- Recommended dilution for FACS: 10 µg/ml diluted in PBS, using e.g. goat anti mouse IgG AB conjugated to Cy2 (GE Healthcare, 1:400 dilution)
