The Boekel Scientific Orbital and Reciprocating Shaking Water Bath is designed for a wide range of temperature-controlled shaking protocols, such as northern and southern hybridization, destaining of gels, incubation of cells or bacterial cultures as well as wash processes.

The shaking water bath is equipped with a PID controller for easy temperature selection, rapid heat up and excellent stability. Choose from a wide variety of trays to maximize your versatility, such as a Universal Tray, test tube trays and a Perforated Tray. The perforated tray allows you to use the bath as a general purpose bath as well.

It features a high quality, robust design with a unique shaking mechanism that allows you to easily switch from orbital mode to reciprocating mode by simply reversing the tray. No tools needed. The convenient drain port with a quick disconnect allows for easy cleaning of the bath. The temperature range, which goes up to 99 °C also allows you to use the bath as a boiling bath.
