Sterile 9" Arch-away face mask with Dupont® Tyvek™ Ties are suitable for cleanroom use. The Arch-Away double seal design features a plastic wire across the middle of the mask to keep masks away from nose and mouth at all times
- Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (BFE): >98% at 3 µm
- Particle Filtration Efficiency (PEF): > 98% at 0.1 µm
- Breathability (Delta P): < 3.5 mm H₂O/cm₂
- Low particle shedding, ranged category 1 per Helmke drum testing
- Latex-free, TSE-free, BSE-free
- Manufactured and packaged in FDA inspected controlled environment
- Gamma irradiated validated sterile to SAL 10⁻⁶
Face mask is 9" long and provides complete face and cheek coverage, leaving no skin exposed. The mask ties are made with Dupont® Tyvek™ fabric, which are strong and lint-free. They are suitable for use in ISO Class 5 or higher cleanrooms.
Certifications: Manufacturing facility is ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 Certified and FDA registered and inspected.
Delivery: Each package includes a gamma irradiation indicator dot, and each shipping case is affixed with a Certificate of Conformance and Certificate of Sterility.
Packaging: Masks are packaged 1 piece per package, 50 pieces per middle bag, 500 pieces per case.
