The versatile Tumbler Mixer is ideal for use in fire assay by mixing pulp samples with flux in fire assay crucibles. The mixer has two trays, each capable of holding up to 42×40 g crucibles. As an optional upgrade is an automatic timer as well as dual direction tumbling action to further enhance thorough mixing.

A foam panel covered by plastic sheeting (sold separately) seals the crucibles so no additional crucible cover is required. The plastic sheeting can be easily replaced to avoid any cross contamination.
