This large magnetic field chamber is great for the classroom. It allows students to visualize magnetic fields in three dimensions, instead of the usual two dimensions of most iron filings field visualizers. Perfect for demonstrations and individual hands on experience. The Iron filings are sealed inside the chamber so there are no loose filings to clean up. Simply insert a bar magnet (not included) into the middle of the chamber to view 3-D magnetic field lines.
