These columns are prepacked with MabSelect™ PrismA protein A chromatographyn resin that has been improved with an optimised high-flow agarose base matrix and a genetically engineered protein A-derived ligand, allowing efficient cleaning between purification runs. These columns are suitable for purifying antibodies with affinity chromatography in research and process development.

Excellent alkaline stability enables efficient cleaning and sanitisation using 0.5 to 1.0 M NaOH
