The flat bottom provides good surface contact with a heat source, while the non-stick angled walls direct fluids to the base, which limits condensation on the dish wall. This PFA dish can be used in a wide range of temperatures from cryogenics to 500 °F (260 °C). The dish is also ideal for holding solid samples or small volumes of liquid.
