Using the wide range of accessories these professional tube furnaces can be optimally tailored to your process. By upgrading the furnaces with different gas supply systems the operation in a protective gas atmosphere, under vacuum or under flammable protective or reactive gases is possible. Besides convenient standard controllers for process control modern PLC control systems are also available.
The split-type design makes it easy to change the working tube. It allows a comfortable exchange of various working tubes (e.g. working tubes made of different materials).
BodyTextAccessories: Optional accessories include: charge control with temperature measurement in the working tube and in the furnace chamber outside the tube; display of inner tube temperature with additional thermocouple; different gas supply systems for non-flammable or flammable protective or reactive gases and vacuum operation; three-zone control for optimization of temperature uniformity; cooling systems for accelerated cooling of the working tube and charge; check valve at gas outlet avoids intrusion of false air; base frame with integrated switchgear and controller; alternative working tubes designed for process requirements; process control and documentation via VCD software package or Nabertherm Control Center (NCC) for monitoring, documentation and control. Ordering information: These tube furnaces can be ordered in a variety of voltages, temperatures, heated lengths, single or three-zone control, and diameters depending on the required charge size. Select single-zoned or three-zoned models depending on required temperature uniformity across the needed heated length. In general, three-zoned models extend the accurate constant temperature in the heated length from one-third of the heated length to one-half. Models are rated up to 1100 or 1300 °C. Control options include the B500 controller for single-zoned units (5 programs with 4 segments each), or the P580 controller for three-zoned units (50 programs with 40 segments each).
