The Sklar Black™ Sims Rectal Speculum is a double spring, plier instrument most commonly used in hemorrhoidectomy and rectal examination.
Once inserted, the instrument can be opened to expose a greater view of the rectum or anus, and locked in place with a set screw. The blades of the speculum are narrow and fenestrated. This product has blades that measure approximately 31/2 x5/8".
