A propos de cet article

BMPs (bone morphogenetic proteins) belong to the TGF beta superfamily of structurally related signaling proteins. Members of this superfamily are widely represented throughout the animal kingdom and have been implicated in a variety of developmental processes. Proteins of the TGF beta superfamily are disulfide-linked dimers composed of two 12-15 kDa polypeptide chains. As implied by their name, BMPs initiate, promote and regulate bone development, growth, remodeling and repair.

ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100 µL/well), when used as a capture antibody at a concentration of 2.0-4.0 µg/mL, this antibody will detect at least 100 pg/mL of recombinant human BMP-7/OP-1 when used with our biotinylated antigen affinity purified-hBMP-7 as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 0.5-1.0 µg/mL.

This IgG1K antibody was purified from cell culture by Protein G affinity chromatography.

The reconstituted antibody can temporarily be stored at 2-8°C. Long term storage at -20°C or below. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
