The patented direct heat and air jacket conditioning system provides for stable chamber temperature.
The Cyto Grow incubator utilizes a microprocessor controller and provides accurate digital display of chamber conditions along with an easy to operate control panel with independent LED displays for temperature and CO₂. The automatic CO₂ control system delivers precise, reliable and repeatable CO₂ control. The CO₂ setpoint is adjustable from 0 to 20%. CO₂ sample port is integrated into the inner glass door.
The thermal conductivity (TC) sensor provides precise control of CO₂ with fast recovery and reproducible environmental conditions for optimal cell culturing. PHCbi's patented Safe Cell™ UV technology (optional) uses a programmable UV lamp that decontaminates the air and humidity pan without affecting the cell cultures.
The incubator offers a removable shelf channel system, no tools required, for easy cleaning. Incubator supplied with three shelves standard. Softkey seven button menu allows for intuitive programming. Alarm notifications warn when functions deviate from setpoints. Remote alarm contacts provided standard. A USB data port permits download of logged performance and event information.
Outer door- painted steel, access port- 1: back side (1.2" [30 mm] Ø), gas connection- 0.157 - 0.36" (4 - 6 mm) Ø tube can be connected, gas pressure- 0.03 MPa(G) (0.3 kgf/cm2(G),4.3 psi(G)), interior surface: InCu-saFe stainless steel with copper enriched alloy.
