Animal Tattoo Systems

Tattoo systems provide lab animal identification that is human, nontoxic, safe, and permanent for the life of the animal. These are fast-operating systems with high throughput rates without the need for anesthesia. Tattoos can be used to uniquely identify day-old mice or rats as well as nude, athymic, and transgenic animals. Pigments used in animal tattoo systems will not alter the physiology of animals or contaminate other lab animals in the facility.
